Education & Training Resources

⚖ Internship training
  • The Student Committee has developed a predoctoral internship resource guide to assist students interested in forensic internship search for relevant internship sites, and also maintains an internship database of internships with some forensic component.

⚖ Postdoctoral training
  • The Student Committee Experimental Liaison develops a postdoctoral fellowship resource guide for students, which includes a guide to the post-doc application process as well as a list of recurring experimental post-doc opportunities. Additionally, the Student Committee maintains a list of clinical postdoctoral opportunities in forensic psychology.

⚖ Sample application materials
  • Several AP-LS professionals have donated sample application materials for internship, postdoctoral fellowship, and early career positions that are available for download. Thanks are due to the named and anonymous professionals who contributed these samples.

⚖Teaching Resources
  • The AP-LS Teaching, Training and Careers Committee has collected syllabi for courses in psychology and law or closely related topics. To view and download the syllabi, go to this page.
