You may have interacted with her last year while she was our Communications Officer, or perhaps you know her as your current Experimental Liaison. Either way, Cait has been helping our student members get the most out of AP-LS in whatever way she can. Make sure to say hi when you see her at the conference next month!

  1. What first got you interested in this law-psychology?
Reading a biography about Charles Manson in middle school-- I was fascinated by what would compel people to commit serious crimes.
  2. If you could only have three non-psychology books to have on your shelf, what would they be?
What a hard question! Slaughterhouse 5 (Vonnegut), Great Expectations (Dickens), and The Song is You (Phillips)
  3. Have you ever had a job you really loved?
Yes! In high school, I worked in musical instrument repair and sales store. I met tons of creative people and learned a lot about music-- including how to refurbish a saxophone..
  4. Do you have any hidden talents?
I love to sing! I was in an a cappella group as an undergrad.
  5. What is your favorite city?
Granada, Spain. I studied abroad there, and I can't wait to go back.
  6. What is the best thing about the AP-LS Conference?
The 5k fun run! And watching my "academic crushes" present their latest research.
  7. What is one professional goal that you have?
Writing an Amicus curiae brief that is cited in a major decision.
